What is Frac Number (refers to Refracs)?
The Frac Number indicates how many fracturing treatments (fracs) a well has undergone. If the number is greater than one, it means the well has been refrac’d, which involves repeating the fracturing process to enhance production. In some cases, a well may have been refrac’d multiple times, with some wells receiving up to four refrac treatments.
