Service Providers, Recipients, and Subprocessors

Primary Vision works with a limited number of third-party service providers to operate our website and deliver our services. This page describes who those providers are, what they help us with, and the types of data involved. This page supplements our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
We do not use these providers to sell your personal data, and we do not permit them to use your data for their own independent purposes.
Infrastructure and Hosting
Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Purpose: Cloud infrastructure hosting our backend data platform, including EFRACS and related data products.
Data involved: Account data, usage data, and platform data.
InMotion Hosting
Purpose: Website hosting for primaryvision.co.
Data involved: Website visitor data.
Customer Relationship Management
Attio
Purpose: Customer relationship management (CRM).
Data involved: Customer and lead contact data.
Pipedrive Limited Use
Purpose: Customer relationship management (CRM). Primary Vision is in the process of migrating from Pipedrive to an internal CRM system; Pipedrive remains in limited use during this transition.
Data involved: Customer and lead contact data.
Payments
Stripe
Purpose: Payment processing for subscriptions and services.
Data involved: Billing and payment data.
Analytics
Google Analytics (or similar analytics tool)
Purpose: Website usage analytics.
Data involved: Website usage data.
Communications and Support
Slack
Purpose: Customer support communications.
Data involved: Customer contact and account information shared in support conversations.
Microsoft Teams
Purpose: Sales calls and product demonstrations. Calls may occasionally be recorded for internal reference.
Data involved: Name, email, meeting content, and recordings where applicable.
SendGrid
Purpose: Automated account notifications, including password resets and account-related messages.
Data involved: Name and email address.
Recording and Transcription
Otter.ai
Purpose: Recording and transcription of sales calls and webinars.
Data involved: Audio, video (where applicable), transcripts, and any personal information discussed during recorded sessions.
For one-on-one calls, participants are given the opportunity to opt out of recording before the call begins.
For webinars, sessions are recorded and distributed as a matter of course; registrants are notified of this at the time of registration, and participants who prefer not to appear on camera or audio may participate via chat.
Future Additions
Nexus, our internal CRM currently in development, is expected to incorporate AI-assisted functionality. Once Nexus is used to process customer data in production, it will be added to this page along with a description of its data processing role.
For Future or Replacement Subprocessors
We will provide reasonable advance notice of any new subprocessor that will process customer personal data, or any change to an existing subprocessor, through this page or through direct notice to affected customers.
